Shipping policy

We now ship within Switzerland and to selected countries in the European Union.

• Switzerland: Free shipping via Swiss Post. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

• European Union: Free shipping via Swiss Post International. Delivery times vary by country, usually 5–10 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey. Each piece of jewellery is carefully packaged in our elegant dark blue box embossed with the Enti Jewellery logo.

Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your country. These costs are not covered by enti jewellery and must be paid by the customer.
